ROLAND SCHULZE

Roland has more than 20 years of experience as a business leader, provider of ideas and in the successful implementation of projects –
from small and medium sized companies to large corporations.

He has gained international management experience in various European countries, the USA, Asia and South Africa through company takeovers, start-ups, IT projects and permanent responsibilities. This ensures that Roland not only takes technical and organizational aspects into account but also the cultural factor in its work – always with the goal of growing the people in the team and developing them further for sustainable success in the company.

ALEXANDER NOWROTH

Alexander can look back to a ten-year international career in medium-sized and large companies, which has taken him to Germany, South Africa and Australia in various leadership positions. Alexander combines his sales and management experience, customer expertise and intercultural character to make companies faster, more adaptable and a “home”, especially for future generations. Besides his consultant work, he is a guest lecturer for an Executive MBA Program and engages himself voluntarily for JCI Düsseldorf.
