Founder and with us since day 1.
Alexander is an expert in implementing high-performance strategies to create high-performance organisations and is responsible for over 100 successful international projects. He is also a guest lecturer and advisory board member at renowned international universities.
He is the author of the book "Vertriebs- und Geschäftsmodelle in der Logistikbranche", which was first published internationally in 2022, with a comprehensively expanded second edition in 2025.

Henrik Schöpfer
Henrik brings 18 years of experience working for one of the world's largest life science companies to Lebenswerk Consulting and its customers. He has assumed increasing responsibility in various functions in the healthcare division. He has been responsible for substantial transformations in procurement, operations and commercial and has delivered measurable success. He therefore knows exactly what is important when it comes to transformations with consulting support in order to generate the greatest possible added value. Lebenswerk Consulting is his personal calling to overcome challenges together with our customers and to grow steadily in the process.
