The project transformation with LEBENSWERK CONSULTING has been rated as very good by all Krone participants. As an external consultant, Alexander Nowroth has excellently fulfilled his role as moderator and initiator. As a result, the project team developed new goals and structures as well as a KPI system for our sales organisation. New impulses were set via the jointly defined OKRs and progress was measured in a 14-day cycle. This meant that the strategic plan could be adapted at any time and at short notice to ensure the project was a complete success. The goal of achieving anti-cyclical growth and not just maintaining market share but also expanding it was achieved with great success.
