Two passionate experts who are fundamentally different, but that is exactly why they complement each other so well: Meet Roland Schulze and Alexander Nowroth!
Roland Schulze
Roland Schulze worked for more than 25 years as a manager in Europe, South Africa and Asia – in medium-sized companies up to global corporations. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in how to design the corporate culture and the organizational structures that match in such a way that the best possible results are achieved together with the employees. In keeping with his passion for sailing, he supports our clients in developing a flexible, resilient organization and true collaboration “on board” so that their companies can face the ever-changing challenges with renewed strength.
Alexander Nowroth
Alexander Nowroth can look back on almost 15 years of international career in medium-sized and large companies, which has taken him to leading positions in Germany, South Africa and Australia. He combines his sales and management experience, his customer expertise and his intercultural background for the benefit of our customers by making their companies faster, more adaptable and more resilient.
Alexander publishes regularly nationally and internationally on various strategic topics. In addition, he is a guest lecturer as well as advisory board member at renowned international universities. In March 2021, Alexander was appointed honorary member of the North Rhine-Westphalia State Board of Trustees of the Stifterverband. His passion is to inspire people for a common goal and to be responsible for the implementation of solutions.

The Lebenswerk Consulting Group is a dynamically growing management consultancy with offices in Düsseldorf, Bonn and from 2021 also in London. For almost four years we have been achieving extraordinary results for our clients, which are the result of intensive analysis and great empathy with the people we work with. We support the “save my brain” foundation both financially and in an advisory capacity. This foundation has set itself the goal of alleviating the consequences of craniocerebral trauma in children and its impact on the lives of families. One of the foundation members is August Bremicker Söhne KG (ABUS). In addition, we have been involved on a voluntary basis in the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft e.V. since 2017.

What is different when our work is done?
The result of our work is an improved condition of your company. And always, because that’s what we stand for with our name. The results you want to achieve with us will be coordinated with you before the project begins. Bit by bit we then approach this result state, which can be clearly determined on the basis of measurable result criteria. Your company and yourself benefit not only financially from our commitment, but also from numerous intangible improvements that arise during the process: For example, the external image of your company, the marks with which your employees rate you as an employer, your satisfaction and has a lasting positive impact on your employees and stress levels.
On what basis are our projects charged?
We never calculate according to daily rates. In fact, we even consider this procedure to be unethical because it is incompatible with your interests: you want to see sustainable results as quickly as possible, without any avoidable additional effort. However, many large consultations work with daily rates, on the one hand to pay your own overhead and on the other hand to stay with you for as long as possible. We, on the other hand, charge a one-off project-related fee that is both in line with the added value achieved and reflects it fairly. The added value that is achieved often has a positive impact on our clients for years. Our credo: as quickly as possible – but as long as necessary.
How long does a project take?
Of course, this depends very much on what you want to achieve and how we work together. Basically, we go through three stages in our projects: analysis, concept and implementation. And all from a single source.
The duration of a project varies widely. Usually it is between three and twelve months, in some cases even longer.
